Gdziekolwiek jestem staram się pić dwa litry wody dziennie, tak aby nie doprowadzić do odwodnienia organizmu. Podczas upałów i po wysiłku fizycznym nawet znacznie więcej. Każdy  zdrowy dorosły ludzki organizm składa się z 70% wody, dlatego też tak ważne jest jej uzupełnianie. Motywem dzisiejszej stylizacji są kolory zielony oraz turkusowy. Połączyłam je ze sobą tworząc poniższą dziewczęcą stylizację na cieplejsze jesienne dni.

Wherever I am - I try to drink two liters of water a day - to not to lead to dehydration of the body. During heats and after workout - even much more. Every healthy adult human body consists of 70% of water, so this is the reason why important is to supplement them. My today's outfit I based on  green and turquoise colors. I joined them together creating this girlish styling or the warmer autumn days that you can see below .
