Poznań Bussines Run 2016

Jakby mi ktoś kilka lat temu powiedział, że zacznę biegać roześmiałabym mu się w twarz. Tymczasem z upływem czasu, z treningu na trening polubiłam to. Bieganie sprawia, że czuję się wolna. Pozwala mi zrelaksować się po ciężkim dniu w pracy. Dodaje siły oraz energii do działania. Pozwala przekroczyć siebie i swoje możliwości.

W niedzielę 04.09 wraz z 34 osobami z mojej firmy wzięliśmy udział w charytatywnym biegu Poznań Business Run, z którego dochód przeznaczony został dla Sławka Szepielaka, Łukasza Mamcarza, Michała Żylińskiego. Bieg ten jest biegiem sztafetowym, w związku z czym biegacze bardziej muszą ze sobą współpracować. Tegoroczna trasa nie należała do najprostszych, ale wszyscy daliśmy radę ( moja drużyna spośród drużyn w naszej firmie zajęła 4 miejsce (na 7) )

If someone told me a few years ago that I will be running I will be laugh in his face. Meanwhile, over time, from workout to workout I like it. Running makes that I feel free. It allows me to relax after a hard day at work. It gives me strength and power to operate. It allows me to exceed myselfand my abilities.
On Sunday 04.09, together with 34 people from my company we took a part in a charity run Poznan Business Run, the proceeds of which have been allocated for Slawek Szepielaka, Luke Mamcarz, Michael Żyliński. This kind of runng that we made it was the running with the relay , and therefore more runners must extra work together. This year's route was not the easiest one , but we all managed tchem (my team among the teams in our company took 4th place (7))
