Haute Couture to dział  zajmujący się krawiectwem wyższego rzędu. Kreacje, którym nadano miano bycia couture są bardzo drogie i stanowią małe, odzieżowe dzieła sztuki.

Wiele  domów mody podpisuje swoje kolekcje tą nazwą. Oficjalnie jednak mogą go używać członkowie tzw. Chambre Syndicale. Aby należeć do tego szacownego grona w świecie projektantów należy spełnić cały szereg warunków w tym min. posiadać  w Paryżu Atelier, w którym będzie zatrudnione przynajmniej 20 osób a także zorganizowanie dwóch pokazów składających się z ręcznie szytych kreacji dziennych oraz wieczorowych.

W projektach wykorzystywane są tylko i wyłącznie drogie, bardzo dobrej jakości materiały.

Pokazy tych wszystkich kreacji odbywają się w styczniu oraz lipcu. Bardzo często zachwycają swoim kunsztem.

Dzisiaj chciałbym zaprezentować Wam kolekcję Spring Couture 2020 Iris van Herpen, której oryginalne, nietuzinkowe projekty zrobiły na mnie spore wrażenie. Nie brakuje w nim architektonicznie skonstruowanych falban a także kolorystyki nawiązującej do świata zwierząt.

Zdecydowanie nie są to ubrania do chodzenia na co dzień, i z pewnością należy traktować je w kategorii małych dzieł sztuki.

Haute Couture is a department dealing with higher-order tailoring. Creations that have been called couture are very expensive and they are like small clothes of art.
Many fashion houses sign their collections with this name. Officially, however, it can be used only by members of the so-called Chambre Syndicale. In order to belong to this respectable group in the world of designers, a number of conditions must be met such as for example: have an Atelier in Paris, where at least 20 people will be employed, organize  two fashion shows consisting of hand-sewn daily and evening outfits.
The projects use only expensive, very good quality materials.
The shows of all these collections take place each year  in January and July. They often delight us with their artistry.

Today I would like to present to you the Spring Couture 2020 collection of Iris van Herpen, whose original, unusual designs made a great impression on me. It does not lack architecturally constructed valances and also colors referring to the world of animals.

They are definitely not everyday clothes, and they should definitely be treated as small works of art.
