Something nice and healthy :-)

Of course that almost like everyone I have weakness to chocolate and another sweets but I am trying to be into healthy food ( especially drinks, juices etc) that help me to fill missing vitamins and iron ( unfortunetly I have anemia) Today in one of my favourite food stores Holland and Barrett I discover lovely juices from THE Berry Company. I bought today options Goji Berry that contains a lot of antioxydants they keep your look young for longer.And the taste of them is very delicious :-)
Using from ocassion I bought as well new small jar with Biotin ( it's very goof for your hair, skin and nails :-) There is often using by top models and help them keep the healthy look :-)

Today after work I decided to relax at home. I made beauty day for myself( manicure, masks etc) and after I prepared yummmy and healthy fruit salad.

in the end of this shopping day I went to buy some healthy things.
I decided to choose yummy strawberry soya milk and and detox dring from Together :-)
Now I am making my dinner and after I will go back to the city where I have meeting with one photographer this evening. Have a good evening :-)

Coco vita once again

Today I decided use nice weather outside and I made small shopping in area that I live. I visited Holland&Barret shop with healthy food, snackc etc and I discovered two new yummy flavours Coco vita :-)
First one coconut and passionfruit second one coconut, peach and mango.
Coco vita is very healthy drink very rich in potassium ( contains much more pottasium than two bananas!!! ) This drink is so prefect for a nice summer weather :D

Summer is a great time at your own delicious fruit salad full of vitamins.
Last days I create my own two fruit salads. This is the first I used blueberries, apples and watermelon, the second I used watermelon, pomergrante, apples, blackberries and raspberries.
Have you got any propositions for your own fruit salads?

Yesterday my lovely sister just cook this one when I was working :-)
She just used onion, cheese, pasta, some herbs, broccoli and we get ready yummmmmmmy baked broccoli pasta :-)

Today some short presentation two healthy drinks that I bought yesterday :-)

first one Beet it by James White - this is clear betroot( 90%) and apple juice(10 %). Maybe not so yummy but really healthy for your blood :-)




second one Vita coco - drinking by a lot of celebrities,very refreshing clean coconut juice ( on the market you can buy three kinds of this drink : clen coconut, coconut with acai and pomergranate and coconut with pineapple. It's perfect during summer. This drink is so good for your beauty and young looking skin :-) So cheers !!!!!!!!!
