Podczas mojego pobytu w Izraelu miałam szansę po raz pierwszy w życiu profesjonalnie nurkować.

Zawsze (ponieważ jestem fanką sportów ekstremalnych) kusiło mnie, aby to zrobić i była to jedna z rzeczy, która od dłuższego  czasu znajdowała się na mojej tzw. bucket list. Morze czerwone, pełne niesamowitych stworzonek wodnych oraz niezwykłej rafy koralowej było idealnym miejscem, aby zrobić to po raz pierwszy w życiu. 

During my stay in Israel, I had the opportunity to dive professionally for the first time in my life.

Always (because I am a fan of extreme sports) I wanted to do it and it was one of those things that since a long time I had on my so-called. bucket list. The red sea, full of amazing water creatures and an unusual coral reef was the perfect place to do it for the first time in my life.

Ponieważ nie robiłam tego nigdy wcześniej, zanim  więc z pełnym ekwipunkiem zanurzyłam  się po raz pierwszy przeszłam wraz z instruktorem ( w moim przypadku był to niesamowity Avner Efrati) teoretyczne szkolenie dotyczące użycia sprzętu, sygnalizacji podwodnej w razie gdyby pod wodą pojawiły sie jakiekolwiek problemy.

Because I never did it before, so before I fully immersed myself with the full equipment I had with with the instructor (in my case it was an amazing Avner Efrati) theoretical training about how  to use of underwater equipment and how to behave in situation if under the water  I will be have any problems.

Po szkoleniu pojechaliśmy w miejsce znajdujące się tuż przy granicy z Egiptem gdzie po raz pierwszy w życiu po krótkim treningu oddychania tym razem w warunkach wodnych znalazłam się w podwodnym świecie i totalnie się w tym uczuciu bycia tam zakochałam. Porównałabym to do latania tyle, że pod wodą w otoczeniu pływających  dookoła ryb oraz różnorodności rafy koralowej. Ogólnie - coś niesamowitego. Już teraz wiem, że z pewnością nie był to mój ostatni raz i czekam na wolny moment, aby rozpocząć kurs Padi tak aby w przyszłości móc już nurkować samodzielnie.

After the training, we went to a place located near the border with Egypt where for the first time in my life after a short breathing training this time in water conditions I have dived into the underwater world and I fell in love with this feeling of being there. I would compare it to the flying but flying under water surrounded by fish floating around and the diversity of the coral reef. Overall - it was something amazing. I already know that it certainly was not my last time and I am looking forward for a free moment to start to make the Padi course so thanks for them in the future I will be can dive on my own.

Niestety nie mam swoich zdjęć z tej podwodnej przygody ( tuż przed zanurzeniem wysiadła bateria w aparacie), ale aby przybliżyć Wam piękno tego podwodnego świata podzielę się z Wami kilkoma zdjeciami wykonanymi przez mojego instruktora Avnara.

Unfortunately, I do not have my own photos from this underwater adventure (just before we start to divethe battery got off the camera), but to bring you closer to the beauty of this underwater world, I will share with you some photos taken by my instructor Avna

Wielu ludzi jak mówiłam, że wybieram się do Izraela ( i to na dodatek zupełnie sama - uzależnienie od adrenaliny niestety gdzieś tam we mnie siedzi) - pukało się w głowę. Inni natomiast mieli pewne obawy co do kwestii bezpieczeństwa w tym kraju. Tymczasem już na miejscu okazało się, że ich obawy są całkowicie nieuzasadnione. Izrael to jeden z bezpieczniejszych krajów, w których miałam przyjemność przebywać. Kierunek, który obrałam to Eilat ( koszt biletu lotniczego z  Poznania wyniósł mnie 112 złotych w obie strony) - miejscowość znajdująca się tuż nad Morzem Czerwonym obok granicy z Egiptem oraz Jordanią.

Leciałam tam linią Ryanair i lądowałam na lotnisku Ovda znajdującego się na pustyni. Do miasta można dostać się korzystając z linii autobusu 282    lub rezerwując bilety lokalnego przewoźnika Shuttle bus ( koszt około 30 złotych)

  

 

 

Many people, as I told them, that I'm going to Israel (and extra  completely alone - unfortunately, my adrenaline addiction  is somewhere inside me ) - knocked on the head. Others, they weren't so sure about security in this country. Meanwhile, it turned out  when I've already was there that their concerns are completely unjustified. Israel is one of the safer countries in which I had the pleasure to stay. The direction I decided to take it  was  the Eilat (the cost of the flight ticket from Poznan was 112 zlotys return ) - the town that is located just next to the Red Sea next to the border with Egypt and Jordan.

I was flying there with the Ryanair  and I landed at the Ovda airport in the desert. You can get to the city using bus line 282 or by booking local Shuttle bus tickets (cost about  8 dollars)

 

Na miejscu mieszkałam w oddalonym  15 minut pieszo od głównego dworca autobusowego oraz lokalnego lotniska obiekcie Ahla diving center( doba kosztowała około 114 złotych), w którym miałam na 3 noce zarezerwowane łóżko w 6-osobowym pokoju. Takie miejsca są szczególnie ciekawe dla tych z Was, którzy podróżują samotnie, iż dają możliwość poznania wielu naprawdę fajnych osób z całego świata. W ten sposób min. poznałam swoich dwóch towarzyszy podróży po Eilacie i okolicy.


In Eilat  I lived in a distant 15 minutes by walk from the main bus station and the local airport - Ahla diving center, in where I made a booking for 3 nights in a 6-bed room ( one night there costs about 34 dollars) . Such places are especially interesting for those of you who travel alone, that give you the opportunity to meet many really cool people from around the world. In this way, eg. I have met my two companions in Eilat and the surrounding area.

Samo miasto Eilat ma charakter nieco turystyczny - liczne, ładne plaże, na niektórych z nich z łatwością możemy podziwiać piękną rafę koralową, ale z drugiej strony otoczona jest pustynnymi górami co jest atrakcją dla tych, którzy preferują aktywny wypoczynek. Eilat z pewnością jest interesującym punktem na mapie dla tych z Was, których interesują różnego typu sporty wodne takie jak przykładowo nurkowanie ( o tym więcej w kolejnym poście)

The city of Eilat itself is a kind of touristic place - you can find here a lot of nice beaches, on some of them you can easily admire the beautiful coral reef, but on the other hand it is surrounded by desert mountains which is an attraction for those of you who prefer active rest. Eilat is certainly an interesting point on the map for those of you who are interested in various types of water sports such as scuba diving (more about  this in the next post)




  

 

Izrael jest niestety dość drogim krajem. Należy o tym pamiętać planując wyjazdowy budżet. ( 1ISL to mniej więcej 1 złoty)

 

Przykładowe ceny w supermarketach:

 

żółty ser w plastrach koszt  około 16 ILS 

biały serek w kubełku  około 12 ILS

woda mineralna 0,5  około 5 ILS

coca cola/sprite/mirinda  0,5 7 ILS

pocztówka 3 ILS

magnes 10 ILS

piwo 0,33 10 ILS

bułki (6 sztuk)  12ILS

jogurt naturalny mały 5ILS

czekolada 6 ILS

sok w puszce 11 ILS

 

Jeżeli natomiast chodzi o ceny jedzenia w mieście to są one bardzo różne - można znaleźć miejsca gdzie pyszny falafel pita dostaniemy już za 18ILS, ale oczywiście w większości miejsc musimy się liczyć z ceną minimum 40 ILS za posiłek.

Falafel pitta, french fries plus coke =33 ILS :-)

Israel is unfortunately quite an expensive country. You should remember about this planning your  budget. (1ISL is more or less PLN 1)

Sample prices in supermarkets:

yellow cheese in slices cost about 16 ILS

white cream cheese in a bucket of about 12 ILS

If we are talking about the prices of a food in the town, they are very different - you can find places where you can buy a delicious falafel pitta for "only"  18ILS, but of course in most of the places we have to count with a minimum price of 40 ILS per meal.

Jeżeli chcecie dostać się do Izraela to potrzebna jest wiza . Otrzymacie ja bezpłatnie na lotnisku tuż zaraz po tym jak pomyślnie przejdziecie tzw. wywiad. Osobiście zadali mi tylko kilka pytań ( min pytali mnie czy to mój pierwszy raz w Izraelu, czy podróżuję sama, gdzie będę mieszkać a także o imiona moich dziadków ( serio, serio) ) Po 5 minutach dostałam wizę i byłam wolna. Znam jednak osoby, które już na wejściu spędziły odpowiadając na bardzo różne pytania około 30 minut.

Dużo gorzej wyglądała odprawa w drugą stronę ( w moim przypadku trwała ona ponad 3 godziny - sporo pytań, sprawdzanie bagażu podręcznego specjalnym urządzeniem etc.) Wjechać do tego kraju zatem jest dużo łatwiej niż z niego wyjechać :-)

 

If you want to get to Israel, you must have a visa. You will get them for free at the airport just after you successfully pass the so-called. interview. Personally, they asked me only a few questions (they asked me if it was my first time in Israel, if I am traveling alone, where I will be stay,  and  as well about my grandparents' names (seriously)) After 5 minutes I got a visa and I was free. But I know people who have already spent at the entrance answering very different questions about 30 minutes.

 

The return check-in was much worse (in my case it has been taken over 3 hours - a lot of questions, checking hand luggage with a special device, etc.). Enter this country, therefore it is much easier than to leave it :-)
