Pierwsza połowa roku upłynęła mi dość pracowicie. Ostatni okres był szczególnie intensywny, ponieważ oprócz pracy codziennie miałam próby do spektaklu dyplomowego. Ponadto walczyłam z dokończeniem scenariusza do pilota, aby zaliczyć kurs, o którym pisałam w poprzednim poście. Obecnie jestem już po wszystkim i powoli łapię oddech planując dwie podróże, które odbędę wczesną jesienią.

Tymczasem po krótkiej przerwie  z przyjemnością powracam do publikowania postów związanych ze stylizacjami. 

Ostatnio wracając do domu  przypadkowo odkryłam na jednym z sąsiednich osiedli butik La Luna. Zachwycił mnie szerokim wyborem  dobrej jakości unikatowych ubrań, a także przesympatycznym i kompetentnym personelem. 

Moją uwagę przyciągnęła zwłaszcza piękna plisowana spódnica, którą prezentuję Wam po raz pierwszy w poniższej stylizacji. Enjoy :-)

The first half of the year was quite busy for me. The last period was particularly intense, because besides a job, every day I had attended the rehearsals for  a diploma performance. In addition, I had to finish  the script for the pilot to complete the course that I wrote about in the previous post. Currently, I'm all over and slowly catch my breath planning two journeys, which will take place in early autumn.

Meanwhile, after a short break, I'm happy to return to public posts related to stylizations.

Recently, coming home accidentally, I discovered a La Luna boutique on one of the neighboring estates. It delighted me with a wide selection of good quality unique clothes, and as well  with very lovely and competent staff.

My attention was attracted especially by the beautiful pleated skirt, which I present to you for the first time in the outfit below. Enjoy :-)

Odkąd pamiętam zawsze byłam osobą, która lubiła uczyć się nowych rzeczy. Zdobywać nowe umiejętności. Jakiś czas temu w związku z tym zdecydowałam się zapisać na kurs pisania scenariuszy do seriali telewizyjnych. Kurs robiłam online w ramach projektu  Michigan State University. Całość  kursu trwa 5 tygodni, podczas których krok po kroku uczestnik uczy się zasad poprawnego pisania scenariuszy. Materiał podzielony jest na część teoretyczną w postaci materiału video, z którego można zrobić notatki, a także na część praktyczną podczas, której piszemy ogólny zarys oraz kolejne części naszego scenariusza. Celem ukończenia kursu jest napisanie całości pilota pierwszego odcinka, charakterystki postaci, ogólnego zarysu wszystkich epizodów serii oraz tzw. cold open.






Ever since I remember, I've always been a person who liked to learn new things. To gain new skills. Some time ago I decided to sign up for a television series writing course. I made the course online as part of the Michigan State University project. The whole course lasts 5 weeks, during which the participants learn step by step the principles of correct script writing . The material is divided into the theoretical part in the form of video material, from which you can make notes, and also the practical part during which we write the general outline and subsequent parts of our script. The aim of completing the course is to write the whole pilot of the first episode, figures characteristics, general outline of all episodes of the series and the so-called. cold open.

W ramach kursu, w każdym tygodniu jesteśmy oceniani przez naszych kolegów oraz koleżanki. Jednocześnie sami, w celu otrzymania zaliczenia, mamy obowiązek ocenić na każdym etapie prace  przynajmniej 5 innych uczestników kursu. W sytuacji, w której nie mamy czasu ani możliwości ukończenia w którymś tygodniu wymaganych zadań, istnieje możliwość przedłużenia terminu nadrobienia zaległości. Cały kurs odbywa sie oczywiście w języku angielskim. W trakcie jego trwania uczestnik poznaje wszystkie zasady obowiązujace podczas pisania scenariuszy telewizyjnych, a także używania specjalnych programów do pisania (Celtx, Final Draft). Kurs w  obecnym momencie jest bezpłatny - płacimy jedynie za uzyskanie certyfikatu ( koszt $49).



As part of the course, we are  every week evaluated by our colleagues. At the same time, in order to pass another part of the course, we are required to evaluate at least 5 other participants of the course at every stage. In a situation in which we do not have time or the possibility to complete the required tasks in one week, there is a possibility to extend the deadline. The entire course is, of course, in English. During the course, the participant learns all the rules for writing TV scripts and also using special writing programs (Celtx, Final Draft). The course at the moment is free - we only pay for the certificate (cost $ 49).

Magia kinowego ekranu jest we mnie od dziecka. Ta pasja oraz zamiłowanie do świata filmu towarzyszy mi od lat. Dlatego też staram się w ramach możliwości obejrzeć na dużym ekranie tyle filmów ile tylko mogę. Poniżej prezentuję zestawienie filmów, które udało mi się zobaczyć w poprzednim miesiącu. Jestem ciekawa czy któryś z nich widziecieliście oraz czy macie w planach, któryś  z nich zobaczyć.

Wiem ostatnio trochę mnie tutaj mniej, ale to ze wzgledu na prywatne projekty. Jednak obecnie powinnam mieć trochę więcej czasu na blogowanie, gdyż wczoraj po dziesiątkach godzin spędzonych na próbach zagraliśmy w ramach festiwalu Off Sytuacje  nasz spektakl dyplomowy "Infiesto"  :-) ( Obiecuję w odopowiednim czasie napisać o tym więcej)

The magic of the cinema screen has been in me since I was a child. This love and passion for the movie world  has been accompanying me for years. Therefore, I try to watch as many films as I can on the big screen. Below you will find the movie list that I watch during last month. I wonder have you seen any of them or  you have any plans to do it.

I know I wasn't here last days so often, but this all  were connected with my private projects. However, now I should have some more time for blogging again, because yesterday after dozens of hours spent on rehearsals we played as part of the Off Sytuacje festival  our diploma show "Infiesto" :-) ( I promise to write later more about it)

1. VOX LUX

Metaforyczna opowieść o sławie, marzeniach a także cenie, którą niejednokrotnie trzeba za nie zapłacić. Film niełatwy w odbiorze opowiadający w pewien sposób smutną historię  naszych czasów. Polecam raczej wielbicielom ambitnego kina.

A metaphorical tale about the fame and the dreams and also about the price that you often have to pay for them. The film  is quite uneasy, telling in some way the sad history of our times. I recommend to fans of ambitious cinema.

2.  CAŁA PRAWDA O SZEKSPIRZE/ALL IS TRUE

Ten film to historia kilku ostatnich lat z życia jednego z najwybitniejszych dramatopisarzy świata- Williama Szekspira. Piękne zdjęcia, cudowna muzyka oraz bardzo dobra gra aktorska.

This film is the story of the last few years of the life of one of the world's greatest playwrights - William Shakespeare. Beautiful photos, wonderful music and very good acting.

3.  SMĘTARZ DLA ZWIERZAKÓW/PETS SEMENTARY

Remake filmu z  1989 roku na podstawie powieści Stephena Kinga. Nowa wersja bardzo podobna klimatem do poprzedniej. Fani gatunku powinny być usatysfkcjonowani.

A remake of the 1989 film based on the novel by Stephen King. The new version is very similar to the previous one. Fans of the genre should be satisfied.

4. NIEDOBRANI/LONG SHOT

Całkiem zabawna komedia romantyczna z Sethem Rogenem i Charlize Theron w rolach głównych. On wyluzowany, kontrowersyjny  dziennikarz freelancer, ona natomiast  jest sekretarzem prezydenta Stanów Zjednoczonych.. Pozornie tak bardzo różni a jednak miłość jak to mówią nie ma granic.

Quite  funny and romantic comedy with Seth Rogen and Charlize Theron in the main roles. He's a relaxed, controversial journalist, freelancer, while she's the secretary of the president of USA. Seemingly so different but  like they say love has no limits.

5. TRZY KROKI OD SIEBIE/FIVE FEET APART

Wzruszająca historia miłości a także przyjaźni pomiędzy ludźmi chorymi na mukoliscydozę.U mnie nie obyło się bez chusteczek i łez.

6. PODŁY, OKRUTNY, ZŁY/  EXTREMELY WICKED,SHOCKINGLY EVIL AND VILE

Pewna historia z życia jednego z najbardziej znanych amerykańskich seryjnych zabójców - Teda Bundyego. Znakomita rola Zaca Erfrona. A do tego świetna ścieżka muzyczna.

A story from the life of one of the most famous American serial killers - Ted Bundy. The great role of Zac Erfron. And also extra great music soundtrack.

7. LET'S DANCE

Bardzo lubie filmy o tematyce tanecznej. W pewien sposób powielają swój schemat, ale co tam- zawsze chętnie ogladam wszystkie taneczne sceny. "Let's dance" to propozycja kina francuskiego- historia dwojga ludzi Josepha, kochającego hip -hop oraz Chloe - miłośniczki tańca klasycznego- czyli baletu. Fani gatunku nie będa zawiedzeni.

I really like dance-themed movies. In a way, they reproduce their scheme, but whatever - I always enjoy watching all the dance scenes. "Let's dance" is a French cinema offer - the story of two people Joseph, who loves hip-hop and Chloe - who loves classical dance - ballet. Fans of the genre will not be disappointed.

8. JOHN WICK CHAPTER 3

 Moim zdaniem słabszy niż dwie pozostałe części. Mało treści, za to cała masa  scen walki oraz strzelania. Jakoś ta część średnio do mnie przemówiła.

In my opinion weaker than the other two parts. Few content, but instead a lot of fighting and shooting scenes. Somehow this part did not convince me.

9. TOLKIEN


Piękna opowieść o przyjaźni, języku a także miłości oparta na biografii Tolkiena. Film naprawdę polecam.

A beautiful story about friendship, language and also love based on Tolkien's biography. I really recommend this movie.

10. GLORIA BELL
 Ten film to portret kobiety po przejściach  szukającej milości oraz swojego miejsca  po pewnym etapie życia. Świetna rola Julianne Moore.

This film is a portrait of a woman is re-bounders of seeking love and her place after a certain chapter of her life. Great role of Julianne Moore.

11. PODWÓJNE ŻYCIE/DOUBLES VIES

Ten film to opowieść o zdradach, kryzysie wieku średniego, przyszłości literatury a także polityce. Jak dla mnie zbyt przegadany.

This film is a tale of love affairs, mid-life crisis, the future of literature and politics. It's long winded in my opinion.

12. SŁODKI KONIEC DNIA

Film z powracającą na duży ekran Krystyną Jandą. Poruszający wątek uchodźców oraz emigrantów. A także kwestię wolności oraz skutków z niej wynikających w szerokim tego słowa znaczeniu. 

A film with  returning to the big screen  polish actress Krystyna Janda.  This movie moves a topic of refugees and emigrants. And also the issue of freedom and its consequences in the broad sense.

Ten miesiąc pomimo sporej liczby obowiązków pod względem liczby przeczytanych książek zaliczam do naprawdę udanych. Tym razem oprócz moich ukochanych kryminałów pojawiły się także inne gatunkowo pozycje książkowe. Mam nadzieję,że wśród nich każdy z Was znajdzie coś dla siebie.

This month, despite the large number of duties in terms of the number of books that I read, I count to really successful. This time, apart from my beloved crime novels, there were also other books genres. I hope that among them each of you will find something for yourself.

1. Karen Hamilton " Jego doskonała dziewczyna"

Główna bohaterka Juliette /Lilly bardzo kocha swojego chłopaka. Zrobi wszystko, aby go odzyskać. Dlatego tez zostaje stewardesa , aby pracować w liniach , w których on jest pilotem. Psychologiczny thriller o szaleństwie oraz obsesji.

The main character Juliette / Lilly loves her boyfriend very much. She will do anything to get him back. This is the reason why she became the stewardess cause she wants to work in the lines in which he is a pilot. A psychological thriller about madness and obsession.

 

2. Chris Carter " Galeria umarłych"/ Gallery of the dead

Dziewiąty tom serii z detektywem Robertem Huntingiem  oraz jego partnerem Garcią w roli głównej. Tym razem dwójka detektywów z jednostki specjalnej tropi z pomocą FBI nietuzinkowego seryjnego zabójcę określanego mianem Kolekcjonera. Chris Carter należy zdecydowanie do czołówki moich ulubionych pisarzy tego gatunku, dlatego książkę serdecznie polecam.

The ninth volume of the series with detective Robert Hunting and his partner Garcia in the lead role. This time, two detectives from the special police unit  together with the help of the FBI are tracking the remarkable serial killer known as the Collector . Chris Carter is definitely one of my favorite writers of this genre, why I highly  recommend this book.

 

3.  T.A Cotterell "Strażniczka kłamstwa"/ "What Alice Knew"

Alice ma spokojne, idealne życie aż do dnia w którym jej mąż wraca totalnie pijany z imprezy, z której niewiele pamięta. Po kilku dniach kobieta, którą widziano u boku jej męża zostaje znaleziona martwa w swoim domu. . Alice postanawia zrobić wszystko, aby odsunąć od swojego małżonka wszelkie podejrzenia. 

Alice has a calm, perfect life until the day when her husband returns totally drunk from the party, from which he remembers only some pieces. After a few days the woman who was seen around her husband is found dead in her house.  Alice decides to do everything to remove any suspicion from her spouse.

 

4. Anna Todd. After. Płomień pod moją skórą / "After"

Książkę zaczęłam czyatć po obejrzeniu filmu. Z jednej strony niesamowicie wciąga za sprawa swojej fabuły, z drugiej natomiast jest nieco naiwna  w swojej treści. Ta książka to historia bardzo burzliwej relacji między dwojgiem młodych ludzi - Tessą a Hardinem. Pochodzą z dwóch róznych światów. On wykolczykowany oraz wytatuowany zły chłopiec, ona natomiast jest spokojną, pochłonięta książkami dobrą dziewczyną. Wbrew logice zakochują się w sobie. Jednak ich relacja zdecydowanie nie należy do najłatwiejszych. Plus za zakończenie, które sprawia,n że szybko chwytasz po kolejny tom.

I started reading the book after watching the movie. On the one hand, it is incredibly captivating cause of its  plot, on the other hand, it is slightly naive in its content. This book is the story of a very stormy relationship between two young people - Tessa and Hardin. They come from two different worlds. He is an angry and tattooed bad boy, while she is a calm, well-absorbed girl loving books. Contrary to logic, they fall in love with each other. However, their relationship definitely is not the easiest one. Plus for the ending, which makes taht you quickly grab the next volume.

 

5. B A Paris  " Na skraju załamania/ " The break down"

Cass Anderson wracając do domu korzysta z drogi na skróty wiodącej przez las. Po drodze natyka się na samochód z nieznajomą kobietą. Mimo wszystko postanawia się nie zatrzymywać i jechac dalej. Okazuje się, że kobieta zostaje zamordowana, a Cass po tym wydarzeniu zaczynają prześladować głuche telefony. Bardzo dobry, trzymający w napięciu thriller psychologiczny.

Cass Anderson, returning home, takes a shortcut through the forest. Along the way, she meet a car with a stranger woman inside. Despite everything, she decides not to stop and keep going. It turns out that the woman is murdered, and after this event Cass has started to be haunted by deaf phones. A very good, thrilling psychological thriller.

 

6. Anna Todd. After. Już nie wiem kim bez Ciebie jestem/ Afte,we collided

Druga część książki o skomplikowanej relacji pomiędzy Tessą a Hardinem. Pewne sekrety ujrzały światło dzienne co dodatkowo komplikuje trudną już relację pomiędzy głównymi bohaterami.Tym razem do narracji oprócz Tessy dołącza też Hardin co daje obraz tej relacji z dwóch stron.
Mimo, iż napisana bardzo prostym językiem to jednak swoją fabułą sprawia, że człowiek ma ochotę czytać dalej i dalej.

The second part of the book from series After about the complicated relationship between Tessa and Hardin. Some secrets come out on the surface, which it more complicates the difficult relationship between the main characters. This time, besides Tessa also Hardin is the storyteller, which gives a day picture of this relationship from both sides.
Despite the fact that it is written in a very simple language, its plot that makes people want to read further and further.

 

7. Anna Todd. After, Ocal mnie/ After, faldet

Trzecia część serii to kolejne tajemnice, z którymi musi zmierzyć się para głównych bohaterów. To chyba najgrubsza część serii ( prawie 900 stron) a mimo to czyta się ją błyskawicznie. Do tego niezwykle interesujące zakończenie stanowiące bazę do rozpoczęcia kolejnego tomu.

The third part of the series it's full of another secrets that must be faced by a pair of main characters. This is probably the thickest part of the series (almost 900 pages) and even though I read them  instantly. Plus for extremely interesting ending that is the great base of another volume.

 

8. Anna Todd. After bez siebie nie przetrwamy. After ever happy.

Czwarta a zarazem ostatnia część z serii After opowiadająca historię burzliwej relacji między Tessą a Hardinem. I jak poprzednie części pełna skrajnych emocji.

The fourth and last part of the series After tells the story of the stormy relationship between Tessa and Hardin. And like the previous parts full of extreme emotions.
